Let's be honest

A true musician always starts with mastering the melody in every single key before they begin to explore into the world of improv. I’m a firm believer that mastering the basics are the key components to building a solid foundation. When you are able to master the basics, then you are truly prepared to explore more advanced choreography. My approach is about learning the art of moving well rather than just moving for movement’s sake. As someone who has been injured from accidents and poor training, I value the importance and the integrity of smart training. We are gifted with one life and one body, it is our responsibility to nurture our body as it carries us through our journey. My job as a Pilates Instructor and Movement Specialist is to guide you to discover your body and the strength you have within while also providing you with tools and knowledge that you can carry with you for a lifetime.

Movement is like jazz

Each session is thoughtfully designed to guide you to move with integrity and feel confident in your body. The work integrates Pilates, alternative movement modalities, and science-based studies on the body to curate a program that addresses you and your body's needs. You will work the entire body to improve mobility by addressing fascial lines, increase strength and improve your body's vitality by working your body as an entire system. My approach is I address the body as a whole, not in parts. Your body is an eco-system made up of tissues, fascia, muscles, nerves, etc and they all are constantly responding to one another as you move through your day-t0-day life. By working the body as a whole, you will not only feel more energized, but will also improve your immune system, have better balance and awareness of your own body, improve mental clarity, alleviate tension, and more.


Private Sessions are for you to explore your body on a deeper and more meaningful level. We will delve into your body's history, your lifestyle, and desired goals to design a program that is personally tailored to you. While working together, you will learn more about your body, how it works and develop personal strategies to help you progress to your goals.
